Free Your Spirit Free Your Spirit was born in 1998. Her energy is amazing. The reason for her name is to remind you to Love yourself enough to set yourself free within you. It isn't about acting out but more about learning to allow yourself to open your mind to the possibilities of life. This Angel says - Expand Your Consciousness - Love the fact that you were born - Decide to explore your potential - Discover the Joy that you being alive is. This one took a period of months to paint. I kept seeing the little zig-zag lines but was trying to paint them across the page instead of around the center. While I was painting this Angel, the centerpiece circle and the image had outlined before the background was completed simply because I couldn't seem to 'get' the message. As for the colors, Free Your Spirit is only two colors in varying shades. I kept trying to add other colors but it didn't work. When I think back, it seems that I was the one getting in the way of the development of this Angel. I kept trying to decide for myself what should or shouldn't be on the canvas. Until I really let go and allowed my hand to just follow the flow of the shadows, the final picture didn't arrive on the canvas. My situation had changed quite a lot and was acting more with a one-track mind. When I finally woke up and realized that I should 'let go', Free Your Spirit finally arrived. If you choose to meditate with this Angel of Abundance as a guide, please relax and enjoy yourself. The energy that she brings to you is very much about allowing. I remember now to ask her to help me free myself from the stuck states of mind that have kept me from the good things in life. Whatever part of your life that has not been working for you, just ask this special Angel to work with you on it. It may be that your health, career, relationships, financial, Spiritual or skills and talents are areas you would like to make some changes in. It ultimately doesn't make what title you give it. Every one of these things leads back to the mind and the old programming that has been imprinted in you since you were born. Any difficulties in any of these areas are overcome-able by you deciding to investigate it, change it, modify it slightly, whatever. Do you need to remember to Love yourself? Do you know how? That is why the Angels came to Earth, to help you Free Your Spirit and make the life you really want. The energy that she brings to you is very much about allowing.
